Hello Future Parents of Auburn Mountainview Volleyball.

Below, you will see the many exciting plans for the 2009 season. My hope is by posting these needs early, you will have ample time to decide if you are willing to help. I have included a wide range of items that require different skills, talent, and commitment levels.

Media Guide Money Collector Collect and enter money from Space Sold in this year's Fall Sports Media Guide Enter Name of business or person, check numbers and amounts. Collect Money and give to Boosters.   The teams will collect money on three different days. Each time you will be given 3 large manila envelops with order forms and checks. Guide Print Coordinator Find the best Print Sponsor for both the player Media Guide and the League Media Guide.  Color Print and Back. Black and White Copies inside. You will be given a cd rom with the ready to print guide.   Get a price quote for 250-300 books minimum on each. Printer gets a full Page Ad anywhere they want.  I have a Sample Book form years past. 2009 Schedule Mailer - Coordinator A Card Stock Mailer to be mailed to all Local Business and AMVB mailing list persons. Using the provided List of addresses. Mail our schedule.   Mailing List list will be provided. This idea will be presented at the Parent pre-season meeting. Sample of Mailer

Home Game - Snack Coordinator Arrange to have treats for all Mountainview teams at the end of their games. Using our schedule. Sign parents up for games and ask to have treats available before the start of the C-Team games    Phone list will be provided. This idea will be presented at the Parent pre-season meeting. Home Game - Serve It Up Contest Played members of the home crowd between the 2nd and third game. Contestants will serve balls to hit pizza boxes and t-shirts on the other side. Each home game a fresh hot Pizza should be delivered at 7:45pm. Set up usher style blockades

Home Game - Line Judge Coordinator Arrange volunteer Parents to line judge our home games. A minimum of three games will be played each home day. Find Two Parents per match. 2 matches at 6pm and 1 at 7pm. All line judges will have free admission into Varsity home games.   Phone list will be provided. This idea will be presented at the Parent pre-season meeting.

Tournament Day Coordinator Assist with the organization of food for the visiting teams coaches and our girls to eat. We have two tournaments planned at Mountainview   Sign Parents up for dishes to bring. Sample Sign up. CLICK HERE

Scrapbook Creator Create an 8x10 scrapbook with white background paper. Photo copies will be made for each girl and given to her at the banquet Cut out all articles related to Mountainview Volleyball. 2 Digital Photographers
for VARSITY Games		 Take pictures (action and candid) at all games. Ability to take pictures and burn them onto a CD ROM for Coach Bowles.    Need a Digital Camera, ability to Burn Pictures and a little knowledge of the game No Sample CLICK HERE

Feeder School Contact Person Make contact with future Mountainview players for upcoming events, clinics, and camps. Invite future players to Elementary/Middle School Night.
